WHAT ARE DERMAL FILLERS?

Dermal Fillers also known as “Injectable Fillers” are a class of substances that can restore plumpness to areas that typically lose volume over time such as cheeks and lips. Fillers can add fullness to slim or thinning lips and help smooth the “parentheses lines” around the nose and mouth.

HOW DO DERMAL FILLERS WORK?

Injectable fillers are made from a range of different substances, but the key ingredient in the most commonly used fillers today is hyaluronic acid — a water-loving molecule that is found naturally in the skin.

DO FILLERS HURT?

Our Master Injector will apply topical numbing cream before any treatment including Botox and Dermal Filler Injections to help minimize pain from the needle insertion. Many injectables have a numbing agent called lidocaine that is added to injectable fillers. Injecting into certain areas of the face can have a strong pinching sensation, while other areas are less noticeable and even painless!

RESULTS!

You may experience swelling, which is normal. You will see the best results once this goes down. But, results vary from person to person and our Master Injector will send you home with a list for post care instructions.
