Call us today and speak with a Patient Cooridnator to schedule a FREE CONSULTATION. Be sure to download the new patient documents before completing step two.

Step 3

Once we review completed medical history form, a member from our medical team will schedule your required bloodwork and comprehensive medical evaluation.

We have a national network of labs and will locate one close to you or schedule a phlebotomist to come to your location. If you already have blood work and it has all of the necessary tests required and is less than one year old we may opt to use this blood work if the proper bio-markers meet our medical criteria.

STEP FOUR

Step 4

Once we receive your completed bloodwork, medical evaluation and physical form, one of our network physicians will review and provide you with a custom therapy protocl that it most suitable to help you meet your goals.

STEP FIVE

Step 5

Medications are ordered, with next day shipping available. All prescriptions are processed by a US Pharmacy.

STEP SIX

Step 6

Our doctor or pharmacist will contact you to make sure you understand side effects, dosages, and information on the individually designed protocols and also answer any other questions you may have.
